  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: No, You must have a fully executed rental application for each applicant before you apply.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: Residents are required to pay their First Months Rent to take the property off the market after they are approved. Security Deposits are paid within 15 days of approval at the time of move in.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: Applicants must be 18 years old to apply.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes, the deposit is refundable at the end of your lease agreement.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: You can apply for our properties online. Each application over the age of 18 must have a SEPARATE application.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: You have 3 options to pay rent.

    1. Your Secure Online Portal
    2. Deliver a certified check or money order to All 3 Realltys office address : 102 Love Street, STockbridge, GA 30281 We do have an AFTER HOURS dropbox as well
    3. Pay Near Me - This is a CVS services where you can pay rent at any CVS location (Please contact the office for more details)
  • Q: How do you make a maintenance request?

    A: If it is an emergency, Please Dial 911. General maintenance requests can submitted under the Residents tab > Submit Maintenance. We also have a new program that allow us to receive maintenance request via text to 678-782-7447. We recommend including photos on all requests.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: You are required to submit a Notice To Vacate in writing within 30 days of your lease expiration date. You can do so online under Tenant Resource>Notice To Vacate
